2005 Caribbean Cruise Convention

Dates and Location
The AFAmeriLife Sales Convention will be held April 18, 2005 through April 22, 2005 on the Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, departing Miami, Florida and returning to Miami, cruising the Caribbean and stopping at Nassau, Bahamas, Royal Caribbean’s private island CocoCay, and Key West Florida.

Qualification Period
Applications received in the AFAmeriLife Home Office March 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004. Policies must be issued and paid no later than January 31, 2005.

Qualifications

Issued Annualized Premium Credit

• Alternative 95, including Riders, other than Paid-Up Addition Riders - 100%
• Paid-Up Addition Rider - 5% of collected premium (premium must be collected by December 31, 2004 at the Home Office)
• All other AFAmeriLife products, including Riders - 50%

90% Persistency Ratio–The ratio of life insurance policies still in force on the agent’s block of business issued within the qualification period and measured for the ratio still in force.

80% Placement Ratio – The number of applications placed inforce divided by the number of applications submitted.

No production credit will be given for controlled family business or internal replacement of AFAmeriLife policies.
